Part of our annual review includes demographic and statistical profiling. This includes family size and composition, Medical Aid benefit packages and options, prevalence of chronic conditions, claim trends, and utilization, if any, of a Medical Aid savings account component.

When assessing particular needs for a client, we take care to weigh up all the options and benefits, related to the cost, to best match the client’s needs.
